Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, remember your preferences, and provide basic security.

GoPresent uses a minimal set of cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or sell any data collected through your use of this site. We use analytics cookies to improve our product, which require your consent.

Before you make a choice, we measure how the site is used WITHOUT placing anything on your device: no cookies, no browser storage, and no identifier that survives the tab you are browsing in. We cannot recognise you on a later visit, link what you do across sessions, or build a profile of you. This basic measurement — which pages are viewed and which features are used — runs on our legitimate interest in understanding whether our product works (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR / GDPR). You can object at any time by declining analytics in the cookie banner, and we will stop.

If you accept analytics cookies, we additionally store an identifier on your device so we can recognise returning visits, and we enable session replay and click analytics (which page elements you click, repeated or unresponsive clicks, and aggregated click and scroll heatmaps). If you decline, we stop all analytics entirely — including the cookieless measurement described above.

These cookies are strictly necessary for the website to function. You cannot opt out of these without also opting out of using the service.

__session (Clerk): keeps you signed in to your account. Duration: session.

__client_uat (Clerk): detects signed-in state across tabs. Duration: session.

__clerk_db_jwt (Clerk): secure authentication token. Duration: session.

These are set by Clerk, our authentication provider. No personal data is stored in these cookies beyond what is necessary to maintain your session. For more information see Clerk's privacy policy at https://clerk.com/legal/privacy.

Cloudflare Turnstile: protects our public forms from spam and abuse. Turnstile is a privacy-preserving challenge service that does not track users across sites. Duration: session.

ph_* (PostHog): product analytics, click analytics and session replay — tracks page views, feature usage and the page elements you click (the element's type and position; its text and attribute values are masked, and single-use links are redacted), and records your session so we can see where the product is confusing. Click analytics never runs under the cookieless measurement described above. Duration: 1 year.

Session replay: when you accept analytics cookies, we record your interactions with GoPresent — the pages you visit, where you click and scroll, and the content displayed on screen — and replay them to diagnose problems and improve the product. What you type into forms is masked before it leaves your browser, and we redact single-use links (such as shared deck and upload links) so they are never stored. Recordings may include content from your decks, scores, and analyses. We do not record sessions unless you have accepted analytics cookies — session replay never runs under the cookieless measurement described above — and you can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner.

ph_phc_*_posthog (PostHog): stores a unique anonymous identifier for analytics. Duration: 1 year.

PostHog is a product analytics platform. These cookies help us understand how users interact with GoPresent so we can improve the product. PostHog data is processed in the EU (Frankfurt). No data is shared with third parties for advertising. You can opt out of analytics cookies via our cookie consent banner, or by adjusting your browser settings. If you accept analytics and later submit one of our contact or review forms, we also store the campaign attribution captured on your first visit (UTM parameters, landing page, and referring site) together with your submission, so we know which channel brought you to us.

GoPresent also uses Vercel Analytics for marketing page performance. Vercel Analytics is cookie-free — it does not set any cookies on your device and does not track you across websites. It collects anonymised, aggregated data only (page views, geographic region, device type). No personal data is collected or stored.

Instantly (leadsy.ai): visitor identification — only fires for US-based visitors, only on our marketing pages (not the portal, sign-in, or scout app), and only after you accept analytics consent. Uses reverse-IP intelligence to identify the COMPANY a visitor is browsing from (e.g. “Sequoia Capital”), not you as an individual, so our consultant team can follow up with funds that have visited /pricing or /for-founders. Script loaded from r2.leadsy.ai. We do NOT receive any personally-identifying information about the individual visitor.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or any Meta tracking, or any advertising or retargeting cookies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings or our cookie consent banner. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to GoPresent. Blocking Cloudflare Turnstile cookies may prevent you from submitting public forms. Declining analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use GoPresent, and it stops all analytics — both the cookie-based analytics and the cookieless measurement we run before you choose.
