__session (Clerk): keeps you signed in to your account. Duration: session.

__client_uat (Clerk): detects signed-in state across tabs. Duration: session.

__clerk_db_jwt (Clerk): secure authentication token. Duration: session.

Cloudflare Turnstile: protects our public forms from spam and abuse. Turnstile is a privacy-preserving challenge service that does not track users across sites. Duration: session.

ph_* (PostHog): product analytics — tracks page views and feature usage to help us improve the platform. We do NOT enable PostHog session replay. Duration: 1 year.

ph_phc_*_posthog (PostHog): stores a unique anonymous identifier for analytics. Duration: 1 year.

PostHog is a product analytics platform. These cookies help us understand how users interact with GoPresent so we can improve the product. PostHog data is processed in the EU (Frankfurt). No data is shared with third parties for advertising. You can opt out of analytics cookies via our cookie consent banner, or by adjusting your browser settings. If you accept analytics and later submit one of our contact or review forms, we also store the campaign attribution captured on your first visit (UTM parameters, landing page, and referring site) together with your submission, so we know which channel brought you to us.

GoPresent also uses Vercel Analytics for marketing page performance. Vercel Analytics is cookie-free — it does not set any cookies on your device and does not track you across websites. It collects anonymised, aggregated data only (page views, geographic region, device type). No personal data is collected or stored.

Instantly (leadsy.ai): visitor identification — only fires for US-based visitors, only on our marketing pages (not the portal, sign-in, or scout app), and only after you accept analytics consent. Uses reverse-IP intelligence to identify the COMPANY a visitor is browsing from (e.g. “Sequoia Capital”), not you as an individual, so our consultant team can follow up with funds that have visited /pricing or /for-founders. Script loaded from r2.leadsy.ai. We do NOT receive any personally-identifying information about the individual visitor.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or any Meta tracking, or any advertising or retargeting cookies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings or our cookie consent banner. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to GoPresent. Blocking Cloudflare Turnstile cookies may prevent you from submitting public forms. Declining analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use GoPresent.
